Renowned nuclear scientist AD Damodaran dies at 87

Renowned nuclear scientist and the former director of Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) AD Damodaran died in Thiruvananthapuram on Friday, PTI reported. He was 87. Damodaran is survived by wife EM Malathi, a daughter and a son. Malathi is the daughter of late EMS Namboodiripad, who was the first CM of Kerala.
