Bengaluru, Mumbai and Delhi offer the highest rental yields (10.5%, 10% and 9% respectively) for office space among the world’s 20 leading business cities, according to a report by global property consultancy Knight Frank. Rental yield is the annual rental income calculated as a percentage of the property purchase price. In comparison, London and New York offer 4% rental yields.
