Rescue dog dressed in Mexico jersey goes viral amid FIFA WC celebrations

An eight-year-old rescue dog named Osito went viral on social media after arriving at Mexico's opening match for the 2026 FIFA World Cup behind a cargo bicycle, dressed in a Mexico jersey, sunglasses, and a cap. "More than a dog, he's my daily companion. He has a very gentle temperament. Everybody wants to meet him," said Osito's owner, Jorge Rangel.
