Researchers develop over 150 next-gen cancer treatment models

Researchers from Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory and Northwell Health developed over 150 next-generation cancer treatment models using patient-derived organoids. These 3D cell clusters replicate real tumours across cancers including pancreatic, breast, lung and colorectal, among others. They provide advanced research tools and establish a robust pipeline for developing personalised cancer therapies.
