Residents to pay ₹15-lakh repair bill after fire at Mulund society

After last week's fire at Jagruti housing society in Mumbai's Mulund, residents are facing ₹15-lakh bill to repair the society's meter room. The bill has been levied by Maharashtra State Electricity Board. "Each flat has to shell out ₹25,000...but we don't have the money," a resident said. Another said residents would've to live without electricity till the issue was resolved.
