Responsibility for this is on me: Israel's intelligence chief on Hamas attack

Ronen Bar, the head of Israel's Shin Bet intelligence agency, took responsibility for failing to prevent Hamas from carrying out attacks on Israeli towns. "Despite a series of actions we carried out, unfortunately, we were unable to generate sufficient warning that would allow the attack to be thwarted," Bar said. "The responsibility for this is on me," he added.
