Restaurant owner claims Delhi Police shut kitchen, threatened staff for refusing to pay bribe

Delhi-based startup Glisco Kitchens' owner Gagandeep Sapra claimed that Delhi Police personnel forcibly shut down his cloud kitchen in Vasant Kunj and threatened employees after the startup refused to pay a bribe. He claimed police refused to file his complaint, and instead urged him to "settle" with the beat officer. The one-day shutdown cost 35% revenue loss, Sapra noted.
