Restaurateur left with idle robots as pizza startup shuts, gets pissed & starts own robot firm

Picnic Works, a US-based startup that had raised $53 million (₹505 crore) to automate pizza preparation with robots, has shut down. Picnic's end left Lee Kindell, owner of a restaurant chain, stuck with a $250,000 (₹2.4 crore) "robot aquarium", his term for the useless Picnic robots left idle. Kindell said he was so "pissed", he started his own robot company.
