Retention platform CleverTap raises $105 mn in Series D round

Customer engagement and user retention platform CleverTap has raised $105 million in a Series D funding round led by Canada's pension fund CDPQ. IIFL's Asset Management Company (AMC) Tech Fund, along with existing investors Tiger Global and Sequoia India participated in the round. The company valuation was doubled and is now at $775 million from $385 million in October 2019.
