Retired banker repairs potholes to improve road safety in Punjab

A 75-year-old retired bank employee in Punjab has been repairing damaged road stretches by filling potholes. A video showed Harminder Singh carrying construction material and fixing potholes on his own. "Large potholes cause sudden jerks and can easily lead to accidents...I felt that instead of waiting for someone else to act, I should do whatever I can," Singh said.
