Retired IPS officer urges ED probe into ₹2,011-cr loan fraud

Retired IPS officer PV Sunil Kumar has written to the ED Director seeking an ECIR registration and PMLA action against Ind-Barath group companies promoted by K Raghu Rama Krishna Raju. The three CBI cases allege bank loan fraud worth ₹2,011.72 crore. He also urged the ED to vacate a stay on a ₹40-crore FEMA penalty imposed on Raju.
