Revanth Reddy sparks row with ‘Ram God of rich, Shiva God of poor’ remark

Telangana CM Revanth Reddy claimed BJP is successful in north India because it "stole Lord Ram”. "We are Dravidians...We are devotees of Shiva. These are devotees of Lord Ram," he said. Reddy also called Shiva the "God of the poor" and Ram the “God of the rich”. BJP's Bandi Sanjay Kumar accused Reddy of dividing Hindu traditions for politics.
