US Food and Drug Administration employees reviewing Elon Musk's Neuralink were among the government staff fired over the weekend, Reuters reported. The firings were reportedly part of the efficiency drive led by Musk's DOGE. The cuts included about 20 people, several of whom oversaw clinical trial applications by the brain chip venture.
