Revoke nod for Amazon-FCPL deal: Future Retail's directors to CCI

Future Retail's Independent Directors have written to the Competition Commission of India (CCI) requesting it to revoke the approval granted to Amazon for its investment in Future Coupons in 2019. Accusing Amazon of concealing facts, they said, "Amazon sought and obtained the approval of the Commission on the basis that it was investing in the business of Future Coupons."
