IAS officer Ashok Khemka, who has been transferred for the 53rd time in his 28-year-long career, tweeted on Wednesday, "Reward for honesty is humiliation." "Constitution Day was celebrated yesterday. Today, the orders and rules of the Supreme Court were violated yet again," Khemka's tweet read. Haryana government on Wednesday issued transfer order to 14 IAS officers, including Khemka.
