RGV calls Coppola his 'old guru', names Aditya Dhar as 'new guru'

Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma on Monday called American director Francis Ford Coppola his "old guru" and Aditya Dhar his "new guru". "If Satya, Company...were my ode to my old guru Coppola, my next film Syndicate, will be my ode to my new guru Aditya Dhar," he wrote. Varma recently also called Aditya's 'Dhurandhar 2' a "reset button for Indian cinema".
