Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma was fined for traffic violation after he tweeted a video of himself triple riding on a bike to watch a film. Varma and his other two friends were seen riding without helmets in the video. After he shared the video captioned 'Where is the police?', Cyberabad Traffic Police replied, "Thanks @RGVzoomin for reporting Traffic Violations."
