RIC: Regional & global peace, security, stability & development

China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson Lin Jian on 8 June 2026 stated Beijing is committed to advancing cooperation under the Russia–India–China trilateral framework, saying that RIC ties serve not only three nations interests but global peace, security, stability and prosperity. Lin's remarks followed Russian President Putin's public endorsement of the RIC format.
