Ricky Kej criticises Air India over payment issue, says 'Staff said UPI is useless'

Grammy-winning composer Ricky Kej criticised Air India after being made to struggle for an hour over excess baggage payment at Delhi airport, adding that the staff called UPI "useless". "I'm certain a few people will troll me, asking me why I keep doing this to myself...travel through such a terrible airline," he said. He criticised the airline earlier as well.
