Ricky Ponting smashed twin centuries in 100th Test of his career

Ex-Australia captain Ricky Ponting, who turned 49 today, smashed twin centuries in his 100th Test match. He scored 120 and 143* in the first and second innings respectively against South Africa. Ponting holds the record for having most matches as captain in ODIs, with 230 matches. Australia won 2003 and 2007 ODI World Cups under the leadership of Ponting.
