Riding bike dangerous with health issue: Police on Hyd accident video

Cyberabad Traffic Police on Tuesday shared a video of a bike rider who died after hitting a divider while on his way to the hospital in Hyderabad's Kukatpally. The traffic police said that it's "dangerous" to ride a bike when a person has health problems. The traffic police also added that the bike rider had been having chest pains.
