Right to object arbitrator appointment not lost by implication: SC

The Supreme Court held that the right to object to the appointment of an ineligible Arbitrator cannot be taken away by mere implication. The Court observed that the ineligibility of an arbitrator can be waived only by an express agreement in writing and said that an arbitrator who lacks jurisdiction cannot make an award on the merits.
