Rights group seeks arrest of ex-Sri Lankan President in Singapore

A rights group has filed a criminal complaint with Singapore's attorney general, seeking arrest of ex-Sri Lankan President Gotabaya Rajapaksa over his alleged role in Sri Lankan civil war. The International Truth and Justice Project said that Rajapaksa breached Geneva Conventions during war when he served as country's defence chief. Rajapaksa is currently in Singapore on a short-term visit pass.
