Rijiju quips to Priyanka, says 'You have stolen Rahul Gandhi's speech'

Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju on Tuesday quipped to Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, saying, "I think you have stolen Rahul Gandhi's speech." The remark drew laughter during the debate on the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Amendment Bill. The Centre introduced the Bill to strengthen action against exam paper leaks and other examination malpractices.
