RIL shares wipe ₹44,000cr investor wealth in 1 day as they drop 2%

Shares of Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) wiped investor wealth worth over ₹44,000 crore in one day after they fell over 2% on Friday. This comes as both benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty saw declined on Friday, falling 733 and 172 points respectively. RIL shares closed 2.17% lower on BSE at ₹2,868.50 and 2.12% lower on NSE at ₹2,871.
