A company founder in Bengaluru has expressed displeasure over Karnataka government's bill proposing reservation for locals in private sector jobs, which has now been put on hold. "We're already bleeding talent to Hyderabad and Pune...This is handing them our workforce gift-wrapped...Now I am eyeing Chennai...RIP Bangalore tech scene, 1990-2024," the founder said. Nasscom also criticised the bill.
