Rise of ISIS, al-Qaeda in Afghanistan puts world in grave danger: Ex-US NSA

Former US National Security Advisor (NSA) John Bolton said the rapid rise of ISIS, al-Qaeda terrorist network in Afghanistan has put not only Afghanistan but the rest of the world in "grave danger". Bolton also accused the Taliban government of having ties with international terrorist groups and failing to comply with the provisions of the Doha Agreement to battle terrorism.
