RLD leader Shahzeb Rizvi quits over party support to Waqf Bill

RLD’s UP general secretary Shahzeb Rizvi criticised the party's national president and Union Minister Jayant Chaudhary for supporting the Waqf (Amendment) Bill, 2025 in Parliament and resigned from the party. Rizvi said Jayant has strayed from the path shown by party leader and former PM Chaudhary Charan Singh. He claimed that more than 2,000 RLD workers would resign with him.
