Road accident victims to get cashless treatment for 7 days

The Government of India is set to launch a cashless medical treatment scheme for road accident victims, enabling emergency care without upfront payments at designated hospitals. The initiative aims to reduce financial barriers, ensure faster access to treatment, and lessen the burden on affected families. Empanelled medical facilities will claim reimbursement directly from the government.
