Road caves in on Sohna Expressway in Gurugram; 10-ft sinkhole appears

A large portion of the Gurugram-Sohna elevated road caved in near SD Adarsh Vidyalaya in Gurugram on Wednesday, creating a 10-foot-wide sinkhole that forced traffic diversions. According to reports, the cave-in was caused by erosion in a 30-year-old sewer line running beneath the highway. Reports added that this is the sixth time the road has sunk.
