Robinhood Co-founders to get $1.4 bn in stock if they meet targets

Robinhood Co-founders Vladimir Tenev and Baiju Bhatt could receive stock awards worth up to $1.4 billion each if a share price target is met by 2025, according to a filing. They will receive 100% of their 13.8 million share award if Robinhood's stock price hits $101.50 by 2025. Robinhood is expected to go public this year at a $40-billion valuation.
