Robot dog Spot tested in combat scenarios by French army

The French army tested Boston Dynamics' four-legged robot dog Spot and other robots for reconnaissance during a two-day training exercise. Students at the Saint-Cyr military school ran a number of scenarios, once with the robots and once without them. One of the students said they were killed in a scenario without robots but not when the robot had done reconnaissance.
