'Robot umpires' make debut at Atlantic League All-Star game

A "robot" umpire made its debut officiating at the Atlantic League All-Star Game. The home plate umpire Brian deBrauwere had a phone in his back pocket that was connected to the ball-tracking 'TrackMan' system and a headphone, through which deBrauwere heard the system's calls and signalled accordingly. The umpire can override the system if he disagrees with it.
