Robots make quality control checks in Japanese factory amid COVID-19

Robots have started conducting quality control checks at a factory south of Japan's Toyota City amid COVID-19. Musashi Seimitsu Industry's auto-parts plant has employed robotic arms that take about two seconds to inspect a bevel gear for surface flaws. Musashi Seimitsu and Israeli startup SixAI have established 'MusashiAI', a joint venture which develops and hires out quality control robots.
