Rohtak’s Nipun Vatika becomes Haryana’s learning model

What began as an innovative early learning initiative in Rohtak is now set to shape foundational education across Haryana, with the state government adopting the district administration's 'Nipun Vatika' as the reference model for setting up one Model Balvatika in every district during the 2026-27 academic year.
