Romania's Prime Minister Ludovic Orban announced his resignation on Monday, after his Liberal party lost Sunday's parliamentary election. With 95% of ballots counted, Ludovic Orban's National Liberal Party (PNL) secured 25% vote, compared to 30% secured by the Social Democratic Party (PSD).
