Rossell Techsys shares jump 9% after Kotak MF bulk deal

Rossell Techsys shares surged nearly 9% after Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund acquired 18.47 lakh shares through a bulk deal at ₹900 per share. The shares were sold by promoter entities Rishab Mohan Gupta and Harsh Mohan Gupta & Son HUF. As of June 2026, promoters held 74.80%, while FIIs and DIIs owned 1.68% and 0.78%, respectively.
