A 'mysterious' island which rotates on its own Axis has been discovered in northern Argentina, according to reports. It was discovered by filmmakers location scouting for a sci-fi movie six months ago. Director Sergio Neuspiller said, "The Eye is a circle of land surrounded by a thin channel of water with a diameter of 130 yards."
