Row erupts after TVK leader alleges DMK threatened Rajinikanth; he reacts

A row erupted after TVK leader Aadhav Arjuna alleged that members of the DMK leadership had threatened and discouraged Tamil film superstar Rajinikanth when he tried to enter politics. Arjuna also claimed that Rajinikanth eventually returned to acting. Responding to it, Rajnikanth said, "Arjuna, who holds a leadership position in TVK...recently made a statement about me that was not true."
