Row erupts over alleged 'shuddhikaran' of venue after Kharge's rally in U'khand, Govt responds

A row has erupted after Congress alleged that a 'shuddhikaran' (purification) of Ramlila Ground in Uttarakhand's Haldwani was carried out after Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge addressed a rally at the venue. Kharge raised the matter in Rajya Sabha, replying to which Union Minister JP Nadda stated that an investigation will be conducted. Nadda added that all accused will be punished.
