Row erupts over Red Road closure for 8 days in WB for Yoga event

A row has erupted over the closure of Kolkata's Red Road for eight days for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Yoga Day event. TMC MP Mahua Moitra slammed the move, stating Red Road was not closed for even one hour for Eid. Meanwhile, the Calcutta High Court directed police to ensure suitable alternative routes remain available while the road is closed.
