RPF officers seen using electric mobility scooters at Chennai station

The Ministry of Railways shared that Railway Protection Force (RPF) officers patrolling the Chennai Central Station are now using electric mobility scooters. It added that this helps officers provide assistance faster and cover more areas of the station with quicker response times. A video shared by the ministry showed the RPF officers moving about on white mobility scooters.
