Income tax officials found Rs. 10 crore cash in the car, and 2-kg of gold and jewelry at the residence, of Noida's engineer-in-Chief Yadav Singh, in raids conducted in connection with illegal sale of plots in NCR. Singh secured the key post under the BSP regime in Uttar Pradesh, and signed pacts with construction firms for projects worth Rs.954 crore.
