RSS issues statement after Mamdani says he doesn't support Mohan Bhagwat's NY event

After New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani said he doesn't 'support' RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat's event in NY, RSS' Sunil Ambekar said, "The event reflects Bharatiya ethos which is fundamentally inclusive and welcoming to all." Mamdani, whose mother Mira Nair is Indian, said the idea of India that he has is of "secular republic". Ambekar said the gathering is inter-faith.
