RSS workers start 'chaddi' campaign after K'taka Congress' 'burn-the-chaddi' campaign

After Karnataka Congress leader Siddaramaiah asked party workers to start 'burn-the-chaddi' campaign, RSS workers launched a house-to-house collection drive for "chaddis" to send them to Congress leaders' homes. Congress students' wing NSUI were seen setting fire to a pair of khaki knickers, which are associated with RSS, in their protest against "saffronisation" of school textbooks.
