RTO to issue new rules regarding minors driving a vehicle

From June 1, 2024, RTO is going to issue new rules for vehicles. As per new rules, now if a minor below 18 years of age is caught driving a car, then a challan of up to ₹25,000 can be levied on the minor’s father or his guardian. In case of any accident the father may also go to jail.
