Rubio left stunned when asked about racist remarks against Indians in US, video shows his reaction

A journalist told US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who's on a visit to India, "We've seen a lot of racist comments from America about Indians." A visibly stunned Rubio then asked who made the remarks, prompting the journalist to reply, "You know who." Rubio later said, "Every country has stupid people.
