Ruckus erupts in LS after Rahul Gandhi not allowed to speak again

A ruckus erupted in Lok Sabha on Tuesday after Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi, was not allowed to speak for the second consecutive day. BJP MPs objected to Rahul raising the Ladakh stand-off with China by quoting an unpublished memoir by former Army chief General Manoj Mukund Naravane. The Speaker then asked another MP to speak.
