Ruling on Vijay Mallya’s extradition case on December 10

A UK court will pronounce the verdict on whether Vijay Mallya will be extradited to India to face fraud and money laundering charges on December 10. Mallya, who moved to Britain in March 2016, owes over ₹10,000 crore to Indian banks. The 62-year-old former Kingfisher chief has been on bail on an extradition warrant since his arrest in April 2017.
