Hyperlocal delivery startup Runnr on Saturday announced that it has acquired Mumbai-based food ordering app TinyOwl. With the acquisition, Runnr has transitioned into a food ordering and delivery platform that will let users order food across South Mumbai with no minimum order amount. In March, the startup rebranded itself as Runnr from RoadRunnr, following an intellectual property right lawsuit.
